Description

The Department of Justice is seeking a panel arrangement for the provision of software development and support services for new and existing applications using primarily Microsoft technologies. The panel will consist of suitably qualified vendors who may be offered contracts for development or support of new or existing software used for the delivery of services in any of the Department of Justice’s business units.

Additional Information

This Tender was for the establishment of a panel of suppliers. It did not include a guarantee of work for any or all businesses appointed to the panel. Businesses have signed a GITC based Head Agreement undertaking to provide services under specified terms and conditions as required. When the Department requires work to be performed by panel members appropriate members are invited to respond to a specification. Following evaluation of these responses individual contracts are awarded.
