The commencement of education at the new Brighton High School from 1 February 2025 is critical. Tenderers are encouraged to consider the 31 October 2024 date for Practical Completion. In accordance with Clause 18 of the Conditions of Tender, Tenderers may also propose an Alternative Tender, with approaches to staged completion to enable education delivery from 1 February 2025. Education delivery requires building occupation and safe operation of: • Car Park, • Building A (PAPE), • Building B (Administration), • Building C (DATS excluding Wood and Metal annex, bike store and delivery compound), • Building D (LC1), and • Learning Street, inclusive of adjacent landscaping.
