The Tender seeks either an individual organisation or a panel of service providers able to provide up to eight (8) temporary non acute beds to be utilised on a short term basis, in an accredited facility, for patients who either are: currently residing at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) while awaiting a place of residence; waiting for a permanent place in a residential aged care facility; patients who will be returning home but who require some interim support; patients requiring hospice care; or those persons who are waiting for home modifications or housing and could otherwise have been discharged home.
