The Government is currently developing a strategy for the future procurement and delivery of voice telephony and related services. As part of this process it is now seeking submissions from telecommunications carriers, carriage service providers, vendors and other service providers interested in providing voice and / or related services to the Government. Respondents to this RFI are requested to provide information about: their capabilities and resources; their views on the strategy that should be adopted by the Government to secure and deliver voice services to end users over the next ten years, including the structure and content of any future procurement process; and any other relevant matters.
