The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) intends to establish a panel of suitably qualified consultants from which it can commission project work to deliver planned infrastructure projects which are time critical. DHHS is seeking submissions from multi-disciplinary teams and individual practitioners who can provide consultancy services in some or all phases of project procurement for projects in ranges of value.  Responses are invited from: Companies or consortia representing multi-disciplinary teams Project Managers Architects and Building Designers Building Surveyors Quantity Surveyors Building Services Engineers
