This procurement supports the delivery of the Health Information Services (HIS) Relocation Project, which involves relocating HIS from Level 2 of the Launceston General Hospital to 186-192 Brisbane Street, Launceston.

The works comprise a substantial building upgrade and office fit out within an existing multi‑storey commercial building, including significant demolition and strip-out of existing internal elements, structural modifications, and the construction of new internal spaces to support HIS operations.

  • A site inspection will be held on site at 10:45am on Friday, 21 August (Hobart time). Persons who wish to attend the site inspection must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before Thursday 20th August 2026, 2:00 pm (Hobart time). Refer to RFT Volume 1 for further information.
  • Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the contents of RFT Volume 1, Attachment 4 when preparing their submission.
