  • Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above $50,000,000, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price. Contractors must also be prequalified under the National Prequalification Scheme for Non-residential Building (Construct Only) at or above $100,000,000 or to a value equal to the tendered price.

  • An industry pre-tender briefing session about this RFT and the
  • procurement will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 2pm (Hobart time). Persons who wish to attend the briefing session must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before 5:00 pm Monday, 24 August 2026 (Hobart time).
  • IMPORTANT NOTE TO TENDERERS: Access to the Request for Tender Volume 2 will be via a dedicated Virtual Data Room. Access will be granted to Tenderers upon written request to the Contact Officer, and completion of an Access Form and Confidentiality Deed
