The Supplier must develop accurate, step-by-step operational manuals alongside high-quality user guides and training materials for internal and external users of the Customer's Skills Connect platform. Once the Supplier has completed development of the operational manuals, the Supplier must develop modern user guides and training resources tailored for each stakeholder group.
