A standing offer panel for the provision of services to deliver the ‘Strategic Weed Program (2026 – 2032)', which includes the inspection, treatment, GPS mapping and recording of weeds and vegetation across nine (9) regions statewide.

  • State-wide

  • The following conditions for participation apply:
  • 1. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the potential supplier must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwlth) (the Corporations Act).
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the potential supplier must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies.
  • 4. If the Tenderer is an individual, the supplier must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 5. The tenderer must hold a minimum Category 3 Certificate of Competency to use Agricultural and/or Veterinary Chemicals and a Commercial Operators License, as legally required to operate a business in Tasmania that provides a commercial spraying service.
  • 6. The tenderer must maintain the required insurances (refer clause 6 of the General Conditions of Contract and Attachment 2: Contract Information Table).
  • Notes: If the Tender is a joint submission by two or more entities, each of the conditions for participation apply separately in relation to each entity.
  • If a Tenderer does not meet a condition for participation, the Tender submitted by that Tenderer will be rejected.
