Stage 2 of this project includes installation of a new medication storage area, augmentation of an existing drug storage area - and services improvements to Nurse call, CCTV and essential power.

The works will require the construction of a new suspended slab at the first storey level, which will sit above an existing laundry and vehicle access area. This extension will connect to the existing building at the rear of the facility.

These improvements will increase capacity and support the continued and expanded delivery of quality aged care services for both Queenstown and the broader community.

  • A mandatory site visit will be held on site on Wednesday 22 April, 10:30 am (Hobart time). Refer to Volume 1 of the RFT documents for further information.
  • Attendees must pre-register or before Monday 20 April 2026, 5:00 pm (Hobart time) by email to the Contact Officer.
  • Tenderers must familiarise themselves with RFT Volume 1, Attachment 4 - 'Information to be provided by Tenderer', when preparing their submission.
