Tenders are invited to establish a panel of aged care service providers to provide care for older people with complex care needs transitioning to permanent residential care.


  • State-wide

  • The Tenderer will operate according to and is accountable under the Aged Care Act 2024, and other relevant legislation in the provision of residential aged care. The Tenderer must provide evidence that they meet the requirements of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) Strengthened Quality Standards (2025) and are accredited by the ACQSC.
  • The Tenderer must provide evidence that they are a Residential Aged Care Home operating in Tasmania.
  • The Tenderer must confirm whether they have any current sanctions issued by the ACQSC which restricts admission into the home.
  • Evidence of the above must be included at Attachment 11: Additional Information Response Schedule.
