The Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 (the Act) under section 60ZZZI requires a review to be undertaken of the operation of Division 2A Major Projects.

To satisfy the requirements of the Act, the Department of State Growth seeks a Supplier who is an appropriately qualified and independent person/s to undertake the review in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Act and in this Request for Quotation.

The requirements and timing of the review are explicitly set out in section 60ZZZI of the Act.
