The Department of Treasury and Finance invites offers from suitably qualified providers to design, develop, test and deploy the Land Tax System of the proposed Client View Information Management System. This RFT comprises the first phase of Client View Information Management System (CVIMS). This phase will deliver a newly developed web based application to process land tax and include generic CVIMS functionality such as client management, billing management and property management to enable future development and integration of other revenue lines over time.
