The Tasmanian Government has engaged Cushman & Wakefield to investigate options to Repurpose the Treasury Building Complex at 21 Murray Street, Hobart, Tasmania. Developers, investors, and organisations are invited to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the adaptive re-use of the historic Treasury Building Complex. Located in Hobart’s civic heart, the precinct includes eight interconnected heritage buildings totalling ~8,220sqm GBA across a 5,691sqm site with three street frontages.
