The intent of this RFT is to engage a supplier to supply, deliver and install loose furniture, including workstations, to furnish the Northern Suburbs Community Recreation Hub (the Hub) at 316‑320 Invermay Road in Mowbray, Tasmania. The Hub is currently under construction by Vos Construction & Joinery Pty Ltd. Notably, the design of the Hub will deliver Tasmania’s largest multi-purpose community sporting and recreation facility. With over 10,000 square metres of usable indoor space and additional outdoor space.

  • 1. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies in accordance with the Contract Information Table, the General Conditions of Contract and the Specification.
  • 4. If the Tenderer is an individual, the Tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
