Tenders are invited for a construct only tender for a 55-lot residential subdivision, located at 32 West Mooreville Road, Park Grove. Scope includes all residential lots, infrastructure services and roadways.    


  • North-west

  • •Recognised and acceptable legal entity: Tenderers will be required to provide evidence of their legal status either by giving a copy of an official document such as company registration and names of office bearers issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or a statement confirming the legal entity signed by a practicing solicitor. Tenders will not be considered and evaluated from entities unless the legal status of the entity is clear.
  • •Solvency: Tenderers who are insolvent at the time of submitting their Tender, or become insolvent at any time after the submission of the Tender but prior to execution of the agreement will be excluded from evaluation.
  • Roads and Bridges
  • Contractors prequalified with the Department of State Growth under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts in the Roadworks/Bridgeworks Category R3 with a Financial Level of F10, or higher, are eligible to tender for this project.
  • OR, Contractors who are not prequalified who show they are appropriately qualified by submitting the required information listed in the Evaluation Criteria are also eligible to participate.
