A design and construct tender for a 103-lot residential subdivision, located at 50 Wildor Crescent Ravenswood. Scope includes all residential lots, roads, public open space, drainage reserve and utility services.

  • The following conditions for participation apply:
  • • Recognised and acceptable legal entity: Tenderers will be required to provide evidence of their legal status either by giving a copy of an official document such as company registration and names of office bearers issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or a statement confirming the legal entity signed by a practicing solicitor.
  • Tenders will not be considered and evaluated from entities unless the legal status of the entity is clear.
  • • Solvency: Tenderers who are insolvent at the time of submitting their Tender, or become insolvent at any time after the submission of the Tender but prior to execution of the agreement will be excluded from evaluation.
  • • Compliance with the Occupational Licensing Act (2005) and Building Act 2016: Where the Occupational Licensing Act 2005 applies to the work under the Contract, the Principal will only contract with Tenderers who comply with the requirements of the Occupational Licensing Act 2005.

  • Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
  • Except where they provide evidence that satisfactorily confirms the access to finance required to undertake the project.
