The MAIB is seeking to appoint a suitably capable and experienced quantity surveyor (the Cost Advisor) to provide cost advisory services for the Supported Accommodation Renewal (SAR) Project (the Project). The work will support the development of a Full Business Case, analysis of infrastructure options and the full design process (the Services) for each of the properties under consideration.
