The Motor Accidents Insurance Board (MAIB) is a Tasmanian Government Business Enterprise and acts as the sole provider of compulsory third party motor vehicle accident insurance in Tasmania. As part of its remit, the MAIB provides supported accommodation facilities located across three locations in Tasmania.

The MAIB is seeking to appoint a suitably capable and experienced architect to act as a lead consultant (the Lead Design Consultant) and engage a design team for the Supported Accommodation Renewal (SAR) Project (the Project). The work will support the development of a Full Business Case, analysis of infrastructure options and the full design process (the Services) for each of the properties under consideration.
