Tenders are invited for Insurance coverage for Homes Tasmania.  Includes property cover, workers compensation, public liability, professional indemnity, director and officer liability and excess of loss cover (catastrophe cover).

  • 1. The provision of evidence, satisfactory to the Principal, confirming that a representative of the Tenderer attended the industry pre-submission briefing session, including evidence of registration for, and record of attendance at, the industry pre-submission briefing session.
  • 2. Tenderers must hold the required licenses and registrations to operate as an insurance agent or broker e.g. Australian Financial Services Licence, APRA License etc (Tenderers should provide a copy of relevant license).

  • An industry pre-submission briefing session about this RFT and the procurement will be held from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm (Hobart time) on 12 August 2024.
  • The briefing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. A request to attend must be sent in writing to the contact officer no later than 5.00pm (Hobart time) on 9 August 2024. The request must include attendees’ names, contact email and organisation represented.
  • The session will provide additional information to the details contained in Attachment 3 of this document.
