This RFT relates to the development and delivery of an online business advice platform (including client portal), for the purpose of providing Tasmanian small businesses with access to tailored online business support resources.


  • State-wide

  • 1. Tenderers must be registered on the Tasmanian Government Technology Services List.
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 4. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies in accordance with the Contract Information Table, the General Conditions of Contract and the Specification.
  • 5. If the Tenderer is an individual, the Tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • Note: If the Tender is a Joint Bid, each of the conditions for participation apply separately in relation to each entity forming part of the Joint Bid.
