TasTAFE is seeking to appoint a contractor to operate a well-equipped canteen / cafeteria at TasTAFE’s Alanvale Campus in Launceston Tasmania to provide quality retail food and beverage services to staff and students. 

The arrangement requires the operator to operate an independent business, at their expense and risk. TasTAFE is, however, seeking to partner with this business to provide the services and all scenarios will be considered including a financial contribution from TasTAFE to ensure the right partner is appointed.

The financial scenario proposal is to detail the amount of rent the contractor is willing to pay or, alternatively, what amount is required to be contributed by TasTAFE to acquire this service.
