Construction of 2 plant deck ( Level 2 Plant Deck and DEM plant deck) roofs for Northwest regional hospital. Works also include remove existing protection of existing roof structure, mod wood screening, grouting to new steel columns and water-proofing collars to new columns. Replace the current electrical, fire and sprinkler system as per design.
