This procurement is needed to provide a new coat of paint on the Bradshaw Bridge (B5771) on the Lyell Highway near Queenstown. The repainting work will provide protection against corrosion of the steelwork and ensure that the structure will remain operational until the end of its useful life.   

The scope of works will include the full repainting of the steel beams, bearing plates, and the traffic barrier above the deck.

  • Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of State Growth under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts in the Bridge Maintenance Specialist Category (BM) with a Financial Level of F1, or higher, are eligible to tender for this project.

Upon this notice, an invite to the Pre-Tender Briefing will be provided, which will include a Microsoft Teams link.
