TasTAFE Alanvale campus has a substantial retail space in Block J operating as a cafeteria consisting of a dining room, service counter, kitchen, office, storeroom and toilet facilities that has been operated as a cafeteria by an independent business for many years.  The current leaseholder is finishing their lease at the end of 2022 and the opportunity exists for a new operator to take over the facility to run as an independent business.
