The Department of Health (DoH) is undertaking a Request For Tender (RFT) to seek a suitably qualified contractor to provide a Fire and Electrical Maintenance service at the DoH-North West facilities.

The service required can be broadly classified as:

Planned statutory and essential maintenance for the identified assets which must be maintained in accordance with the requirements of an Asset Maintenance schedule.

Corrective maintenance as and when required.

  • Persons must hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations, or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal's requirements.

  • Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
