Infrastructure Tasmania as part of the Department of State Growth are seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to deliver a range of Project Management Services and Superintendent Services in respect to the proposed development of an indoor multi use sport facility (IMSF) located at Wilkinsons Point, Glenorchy, Tasmania. 

To ensure the coordinated and efficient delivery of the IMSF Project, the Tasmanian Government requires the delivery of a range of Project Management services to manage and coordinate the development of this facility from the planning and design stages through to completion of construction works (including the defects liability period). Superintending services also form part of the scope of services required in respect to the Construction Contract for the delivery of the IMSF.
