Digital Strategy and Services of the Department of Premier and Cabinet requires Program Management Services to deliver milestones under the Networking Tasmania (NT) Evolution Program. The NT Evolution Program will design, build, and procure future networking services for the Tasmanian Government.


  • State-wide

  • The following conditions for participation apply:
  • 1. If the Invited Supplier is a corporation, the Invited Supplier must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cwlth) (the Corporations Act).
  • 2. If the Invited Supplier is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Invited Supplier is a corporation, the Invited Supplier must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies.
  • 4. If the Invited Supplier is an individual, the Supplier must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • Notes: If the Quotation is a joint submission by two or more entities, each of the conditions for participation apply separately in relation to each entity.
  • If an Invited Supplier does not meet a condition for participation, the Quotation submitted by that Invited Supplier will be rejected.
