Tenders are invited from suitably pre-qualified and experienced principal contractors with appropriate sub-consultants and sub-contractors to use principal-supplied design requirements and concept design floor plans to undertake final design, planning and construction of two Special Intensive Support Units to accommodate clients who require high levels of special accommodation and living needs.
