A Supplier is being sought by the Government, through Renewables Tasmania, to establish and administer the day-to-day operation of the Tasmanian Energy Efficiency Loan Scheme (TEELS), including providing the associated finance capital.


  • State-wide

  • 1. Tenderers must hold a current ASIC Australian Credit Licence to legally undertake credit services in Australia.
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 4. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies in accordance with the Contract Information Table, the General Conditions of Contract and the Specification.
  • 5. If the Tenderer is an individual, the Tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
