The Department of State Growth is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager for the proposed redevelopment of the University of Tasmania Stadium in Launceston, Tasmania. The Project Manager will also be required to undertake Design Management and Superintendent Services for the redevelopment works.

  • 1. Provision of certificates of currency for the following third party accreditation:
  • a. ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
  • 2. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 3. If the Tenderer is a subsidiary of another body corporate (for the purposes of the Corporations Act), that other body corporate must not be an externally administered body corporate (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
  • 4. If the Tenderer is a corporation, the Tenderer must have the corporate power to enter into, and perform, a contract for the delivery of the Supplies in accordance with the Contract Information Table, the General Conditions of Contract and the Specification.
  • 5. If the Tenderer is an individual, the Tenderer must not be an insolvent under administration (as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act).
