Tenders are invited for civil design & construction services for the completion of three existing, partially developed multi-lot subdivisions in George Town, Tasmania.

  • Tenderers must hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal’s Requirements.
  • Tenderers will be required to provide evidence of their legal status.

  • Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of State Growth are eligible to tender.
