The Parks and Wildlife Service are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced building contractor to construct a public shelter within the Ben Lomond National Park.

The construction site will be at the Ben Lomond Skil Village.

It is anticipated the build would be completed by April 2022.

  • Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender.
  • Tenderers must be prequalified above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
  • The prequalification value is principally for the construction works only, and may exclude costs for mobilizing plant, equipment, materials, personnel, and any other remote work loadings.
