Tenders are invited to undertake the installation of new hydraulic services at both the New Norfolk District Hospital & Ouse Community Health Centre.

  • A pre-Tender briefing session will be held at:
  • Those parties that have provided and RSVP are to meet at reception at the New Norfolk District Hospital, Friday 29th January 2021 from 10:00am. We expect that inspections of both sites shall be completed by 1:00pm the same day allowing for travel between the two sites.
  • Pre-Tender Briefing to commence at New Norfolk District Hospital to complete inspection of works at this site, after which all interested Tenderers will relocate to Ouse Community Health Centre to complete the briefing session with an inspection of this additional site. All Tenderers in attendance are required to have their own means of travel to and from the two sites.
  • RSVP’s are mandatory for attendance to the Pre-Tender Briefing and those not registered will not be permitted access to the session. Details of RSVP’s are to be submitted to the Contact Officer no later than 12:00pm Thursday 28th January 2021 and those attending will be required to comply with site access requirements, including site sign in and being required to complete a COVID screen. Any attendees that are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms are requested not to attend.
  • There is a limit of a maximum of two attendees for each Tendering company to ensure the ability to appropriately meet the Department of Health’s site requirements.
  • Attendance at the Pre-Tender Briefing for this tender is not mandatory.
