The Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment, on behalf of the Tasmanian Government  invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease of the buildings and grounds of the St Helens Boat Yard and Slipway - Georges Bay Marina situated in St Helens.

Interested parties are invited to submit an EOI referring to the Assessment Criteria as outlined in the EOI document. Submissions are to be compatible with the natural values, strategic value, character and setting of the St Helens Boatyard and Slipway and offering a marine base service (or services) that can provide social, environmental and economic benefits.
