The Tasmanian Government is offering the Treasury Building Complex at 21 Murray Street, Hobart, Tasmania to the market as part of a three stage process. The Tasmanian Government is seeking a proponent(s) to reimagine the future use of the site through sensitive repurposing with an objective to conserve and enhance the heritage value of the site and improve public access where currently none exists.

PwC Australia, on behalf of the Tasmanian Government are seeking registrations of interest from proponents to breathe new life into one of Tasmania’s most historic buildings.
