Tenders are invited for this development, located on the grounds of the King Island Hospital, which aims to provide

  • 1 x 3 bedroom unit
  • 2 x 2 bedroom units

Inclusive of associated civil works for access road and parking.

  • Tenderers must hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal’s Requirements
  • Tenderers must be pre-qualified at the tender closing date with the Department of Treasury and Finance in the Building Works - Residential /Institutional Category to a value greater than $500,000 or to the tendered price whichever is the greater
