Reconstruction of the Heron Pond dam wall and the Coffee Creek Firetrail within the Peter Murrell Reserve following severe damage caused by the May 2018 storm event.

  • Only Persons that meet the following mandatory conditions for participation in the RFT process are eligible to submit a Tender:
  • 1. Persons that hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal’s Requirements (reference Tender Condition 27).
  • 2. Prequalified in a relevant Department of State Growth category equal to or greater than the amount tendered in the category of B1 F1.
  • Tenders will not be considered from Persons that do not meet the mandatory conditions for participation.
  • Only Contractors prequalified in a relevant Department of State Growth category equal to or greater than the amount tendered in the category of B1 F1.are eligible to tender.
