Proposals are requested in respect of a unique café and retail opportunity for an operator to establish and operate a café (with other possible associated retail and service delivery opportunities) within the new inpatient building presently under construction at the RHH.

The main ground floor level of the RHH is approximately one story above footpath level at Campbell Street.  The new café and retail space will be located on this level, at the Campbell Street end of the building.  The Available Space in total comprises approximately 340 square metres.

  • A briefing session will be held at 4.00pm Thursday 17 January 2019 at Level 3, 47 Liverpool Street, Hobart, Tasmania, to be followed by a 5.00pm site visit subject to availability of access to the K-Block construction site. Attendees are required to RSVP via email to ben.moloney@ths.tas.gov.au by Monday 14 January 2019. Attendees to the site visit are required to wear long trousers, long sleeve shirts and steel capped boots. Other necessary PPE (hard hats, vests, glasses and gloves) can be provided.
