Tenders are invited for the purchase of new dwellings from small to medium builders and developers across Tasmania to increase the supply of social housing.


  • State-wide

  • The Principal only contracts with recognised and acceptable legal entities having appropriate financial assets. Tenders will not be considered from entities unless the legal status and suitability (including financial suitability) of the entity is satisfied in accordance with the Conditions of Participation in the Tender Guidelines.
