The Tasmanian Government Radio Network (TasGRN) Project is seeking Commercial Advisory Services to supply expert commercial advice to support the commercial aspects associated with the implementation and ongoing management of a statewide integrated radio network. The commercial advisors will be involved in all facets of the procurement and evaluation phases, as well as associated implementation works, through to commissioning and beyond.

The TasGRN Project aims to deliver an integrated radio network for users in the emergency services, land management and electricity industry.

Initial users on the TasGRN will be derived from the following Agencies:

• Tasmania Police;
• Tasmania Fire Service;
• Ambulance Tasmania;
• State Emergency Service;
• Sustainable Timber Tasmania;
• Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment; and the
• Tasmanian Electricity Supply Industry (TESI), comprising TasNetworks and Hydro Tasmania
