Tenders are invited for the redevelopment of 8 sites in the south of the state to deliver 35 units. To be achieved by a separate Design and Construct contract for each individual site..

  • Persons that hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal’s Requirements (reference Tender Condition 27)
  • Tenderers must have a minimum prequalification level at or above the level of Tendered price for any individual sites Tendered for; or be a Nominated Accredited Building Practitioner with a minimum builder class of Builder Low Rise to allow building work on Class 1 buildings of Type C construction;
  • Therefore a contractor may submit bids for more than one project as long as each respective bid does not exceed their level of pre-qualification
