Tenders are invited to modernise the four existing lift systems. Upgrade all the critical mechanical and electrical items in order to provide reliable lift services at the Mersey. The proposal details the replacement of the main controllers, door operating controls and the car operating panels (as outlined under Justification for Works).

  • Tenderers must hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal’s Requirements
  • Pre-qualification with the Department of Treasury and Finance in the category of Facilities Management & Maintenance or Electrical Services to the value of $250,000 or to the Tender Sum, whichever is the greater value
