  • Only Persons that meet the following mandatory conditions for participation in the RFT process are eligible to submit a Tender:
  • • Persons that hold all necessary accreditations, certifications, registrations or licences required at law and necessary to undertake work on the Principal’s Requirements (reference Tender Condition 27)
  • • Prequalification with Department of Treasury and Finance (DOTAF) for building works over $850,000.
  • Tenders will not be considered from Persons that do not meet the mandatory conditions for participation.
  • Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance to tender for projects above the value referred to are eligible to tender. Building works – Institutional Category to value greater than $850 000.

  • A pre-Tender briefing session will be held at Parliament House, Hobart on 4 October 2016 at 9:00 am. Tenderers will have access to the area undergoing the upgrade at this time. Attendance is not compulsory however recommended for prospective Tenderers.
