The Macquarie Point Development Corporation is calling for proposals from commercial infrastructure enterprises to enter into a commercial arrangement with the corporation to develop, own and operate infrastructure and utility services—including a District Energy System—to support the redevelopment of Macquarie Point, Hobart.
