Tenders are invited for the development and maintenance of an Outpatient Referral Tracking System that will be used by Tasmanian Health Organisation-South Outpatient Services to capture referrals received via fax and electronically, tracking referral progress from initial assessment and registration through to assessment (triage), clinical assessment (categorisation) and patient being placed on a waitlist. The new system will be required to integrate with existing hospital systems.  Outpatient Services delivered by the Royal Hobart Hospital provides scheduled medical, nursing and allied health consultations. Outpatient medical and surgical clinics receive approximately 500 referrals each week.
