The Edith Creek Primary School is seeking submissions from experienced agricultural workers with interest in leasing either or both of the school farm properties for private farming use from January 2014. The Edith Creek Primary School farm consists of approximately 41 acres of prime agricultural land with flat paddocks, storage sheds and water troughs fed from a nearby weir. The land is suitable for both crops or stock. In the past it has been used for beef cattle and also some potato crops. The Old Railway Reserve school farm consists of approximately 5 acres of agricultural land with flat paddocks and water available from a creek running through the property. The land is suitable for stock and in the past has been used for beef cattle.
