The Department of Primary Industries and Water, Information and Land Services(ILS) Division is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake scanning and digitisation services. Four scanning projects have been identified for completion within the ILS Division. These projects are part of the Divisions Archive and Storage Strategy Project. Project 1: Digital Conversion of A1/A0 Land Titles Office (LTO) Town Plans into full digital images. Project 2:  Digital Conversion of  LTO Diagrams, Plans and Survey Notes into full digital images. Project 3: Digital Conversion of  valuation files held in both  B5 size folders and A4 folders into indexed digital PDF images. Project 4: Digital conversion of 2,500 plans into indexed, full colour digital images.
