The Tasmanian Government, represented by TMD (a division of the Department of Premier and Cabinet) is seeking to enter into arrangements for the supply of managed data centre facility services. The Government seeks committed offers covering services, service levels and price, to apply to all Orders and Customers under the Agreement.The Government’s preference is for a multi tiered environment to a minimum standard of Tier 3 (based on TIA-942 Standard) which may act as a primary site for Tasmanian Government agencies to locate their computer, storage and communications equipment. The Government’s preference is to establish a relationship with only one supplier.
