Royal Hobart Hospital is seeking a Contractor to deliver short-term residential care arrangements for up to twenty-two short-term flexible care places in an existing facility - Karingal at St Johns Park, New Town for persons who have suffered a medical or social event which has created in them an inability to cope normally in the community and which requires them to have care accommodation in a residential facility.
